1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slay, operated by Singhcoin LTD. By using Slay, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under the legal age of adulthood in your country, you may only use Slay with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may request verification when required by law or for platform safety.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (“User Content”). By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, host, distribute, and share your content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse
  • Posting illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without rights
  • Scams, phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior
  • Spamming, bot activity, or platform manipulation
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or reverse engineering
  • Child exploitation, CSAE, CSAM

6. Tokens & Rewards

Slay may provide digital rewards including SLAY tokens or similar on-chain assets. Token values are not guaranteed and may fluctuate. On-chain transactions are public, irreversible, and subject to network fees. Nothing on Slay constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All SLAY trademarks, branding, design, software, and platform technology are the exclusive property of Singhcoin LTD and protected under applicable IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, law, or community safety rules. Users may delete their account at any time from the in-app Delete Account section.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Slay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user content, or financial outcomes related to token rewards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Singhcoin LTD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, financial, reputational, or data-related losses that arise from your use of the Service, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Slay after updates constitutes acceptance. Updated versions will show a revised Effective Date.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in London, UK.
